We currently accept payments made through PayPal. If you would like to pay with another method, please contact kasi@partygecko.com – while Paypal is our preferred method, it may be possible to make other arrangements.


Animals are considered sold when full payment has been received. A non-refundable deposit of $50 may be used to place a hold on any animal; full payment must be made within 30 days of the deposit being placed. Assuming that weather conditions are acceptable for shipping on both ends, payment shall be considered valid for 90 days, after which, payment becomes void and ownership of the animal returns to Party Gecko.

Animals may be re-sold by new owners eight weeks after arrival into their new homes; this is for the health and safety of the animals, as shipping can be highly stressful and this allows time for the animal to settle in and recuperate before being placed in transit again.

We currently ship to locations within the continental United States.

All shipping is currently done through ShipYourReptiles.

We ship our animals on Monday and Tuesday evenings, for arrival the following day by 10:30 am. Shipping the animal early in the week greatly reduces the chance of the animal’s arrival being delayed.

For the safety of the animals, shipping is done when the weather at both the departure and arrival locations is between 40 and 80 degrees F. Scheduled shipments may be delayed if weather is predicted to be above or below these temperatures at either the departure or arrival location.

Live Arrival Guarantee:

All of our hatched animals come with a live arrival guarantee, when the following conditions are met:

– Someone is available to sign for the package upon delivery.
– Temperatures are within 40-85 degrees F at the location that the animal is being delivered to.
– There is no delay in shipping on the part of the courier.

Should you receive an animal that is DOA, and you meet all of the above criteria, please contact us (kkfaulkins@gmail.com) within four hours of the animal’s arrival, and include a photograph in the email. A refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of the animal’s arrival, we will not be able to provide replacement or reimbursement.
